Saurabh Agrawal is a technology and finance leader focused on rethinking how modern businesses manage financial operations. As Co-founder of Zenskar, he is building an AI-native platform designed to simplify and automate complex order-to-cash processes for companies with evolving pricing models. His work is shaped by firsthand experience with the limitations of traditional finance systems, leading him to focus on creating more flexible, scalable infrastructure for billing, revenue, and collections. Prior to Zenskar, Saurabh held roles across product, consulting, and quantitative finance, including building data-driven platforms and advising companies on growth and automation. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled a B2B business from the ground up through to acquisition, gaining hands-on experience across product development, strategy, and operations. With a background that spans engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship, he brings a practical, systems-focused approach to solving complex business challenges.
